NXTsoft CEO David Brasfield said that McMakin has been instrumental in integrating the recent acquisitions that NXTsoft has made (the company acquired four business units in 2019) and leading the company’s now 140 employees.
"Andy has done a tremendous job managing daily operations at NXTsoft and the company has benefited from the integration initiatives he has spearheaded” said David Brasfield, CEO. “As president of NXTsoft he will be able to further lead our daily operations, allowing me more time to focus on sales and future acquisitions.”
McMakin also serves as chairman of Ashley Macs (www.ashleymacs.com) a Birmingham-based restaurant business that he owns with his wife Ashley. McMakin is a CPA, with previous experience working for a private firm.
