As you prepare for the potential arrival of Hurricane Ian, NXTsoft wanted to reach and let you know that we are fully prepared and are working to ensure minimum disruption in support in the event of any issues that arise.
Although a third of our employees are based in Orlando, we have back up and alternative sites in Birmingham and Atlanta. Our physical location in Orlando will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, but all operations will remain available as we will implement our Work From Home back up plan.
We did want to remind you/encourage you during this time to use OmniPortal to log support tickets rather than email support techs directly so we can resolve your issue expediently in case any of our individual representatives are temporarily displaced.
Here is the direct link to OmniPortal: https://omniportal.nxtsoft.com
And a reminder of what is included in OmniPortal:
When you open a case via the OmniPortal, your case will be assigned to a technician faster, you can view your case status (along with older, closed cases), and you can comment on your case via our case communication feature.
Additional features you will find are:
- Admin Training Video Library
- User guides (File Manager> General> User Guides)
- Project Implementation details and status
- Exchange Files and Databases Securely
- Contract and Billing information
- Review NXTsoft Documents
We hope you, your family and co-workers remain safe and out of the path of the hurricane.
Sincerely,
Alysa Sheckler
President, Omni Division
