"I'm Sonia Grzywocz, and I'm a software engineer at NXTsoft. What I love the most about NXTsoft is the people that I get to work with - everyone is super supportive - and just the flexibility that you get, the work-life balance. What I like the most about my role is just the problem solving that we do daily.
